The service

MosaicFree provides marketing-automation tools including AI-generated ICPs, landing pages, programmatic SEO, community monitoring, lead capture, email, and analytics. Features available depend on your plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current period. Free-tier limits may change.

Bring-your-own-key & AI output

AI features may use your own API key. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish or send. You retain ownership of content you create.

Acceptable use

Do not use MosaicFree for spam, deception, illegal activity, or to violate the rules of any platform you engage through it (including community platforms). You are responsible for complying with anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) for emails you send.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
